The Agentic Scrum — Scrum Teams in the Age of Autonomous Agents
Scrum Day India 2026 explores what happens when AI stops assisting the Sprint and starts working inside it. Autonomous agents are now picking up backlog items, running checks, and making decisions alongside human teammates — and that changes what it means to be a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Developer.
We'll dig into real practices for agentic Sprints: how Definition of Done holds up when an agent did the work, how Product Owners prioritize a backlog that both humans and agents pull from, and how Scrum Masters facilitate a team that isn't fully human anymore.
This isn't about agents replacing the team. It's about the team learning to lead them.
